This ensures that your business is always accessible and your phone system is always running smoothly and efficiently. CI Gear has developed the Windows Phone System solution in partnership with 3CX, Patton and Grandstream to simplify communications for small businesses. Each system includes free VoIP Set-up and optional Phone Number Porting.  

Remote System Configuration

CI Gear Windows Phone System includes remote system configuration to help businesses get started on the path to savings. Remote System Configuration includes configuration of a single level auto attendant, setting up inbound and outbound call routing, creation of extensions, provisioning of phones,  provisioning of gateways and configuration of VoIP Lines. Call Center versions also include configuration of the Call Center Module and the first Call Queue. Customer need only install 3CX on a Windows computer (or server) and provide remote access.

Free VoIP 

Each system comes with a preconfigured VoIP service and a pre-paid calling package that can be used for free local and long distance calls for upto 1 year. To add even more flexibility to the bundles, we offer a choice of unlimited calling VoIP line plans with free phone number porting. These plans offer a cost effective alternative to telco local lines.
