- Orders received before 2 PM EST will be processed the same day, and in most cases will be shipped the same day.
- Orders received after 2 PM EST will be processed the same day but probably will not be shipped until the next day.
- Your card will be charged the day your order is processed.
- International Orders will take longer to ship in most cases as they are specially processed.
- Most of our manufacturers follow these same guidelines and ship out your order the same day but some of our vendors take 1-2 business days to process the order. Please take this into consideration when deciding on a shipping method.
- When you place your order you will receive an invoice by email. On your invoice there will be a link to view the status of your order.
Shipping (Outside Continental USA and Canada)
- CI Gear offers a variety of shipping methods:
- Ground
- 2nd Day Air
- Next Day Air
- International (all Orders from any location outside the continental Unites States and Canada must use this option or UPS WorldWide Express)
- UPS WorldWide Express (for locations outside the continental Unites States and Canada)
- Customer Shipping Account
- The Shipping Address must be a valid physical address. CI Gear does not ship to P.O. Boxes. A daytime phone number for the Shipping Location is required in case there is a delivery problem.
- Shipping costs are best estimates. If actual shipping cost is significantly higher than estimated shipping cost, we will increase the shipping charge and contact you before processing the order. If you do not respond, we can not process the order.
- Canadian Shipments are subject to GST and PST which will be collected by the driver upon delivery. CI Gear has no control over these charges and does not collect them. These charges are based on the value of the product in Canadian dollars.
International Orders (Outside Continental USA and Canada)
- CI Gear ships worldwide. However, we can only accept orders from verifiable companies. International Orders placed by individuals can not be accepted.
- All International order MUST be shipped to the Bill To address.
- International Orders require 4-14 days to deliver.
- Buyer identity verification: We have to verify that you are who you say you are to ensure proper payment is made
- If item is not in stock, it needs to be shipped to CI Gear before we can ship it to you.
- All International Shipments are sent via DHL or UPS. Shipping time varies between 4-8 days depending on where you are located.
- We accept payment for International Orders by Wire Transfer. To pay by wire transfer, put all the items you want into the shopping basket and start to checkout. You will soon be emailed with the total and the Wire Transfer information.
- To pay by Credit Card, simply place your order online. In order to process International Credit Card Orders we require that you either email a picture or fax both sides of the credit card you used and a copy of a photo ID or passport to us. - All base prices are in Canadian Dollars and all applicable brokerage fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
